OBLIGATIONS OF CUSTOMER

• Maintain and update such information accordingly so that it remains true, accurate, current, and complete at all times;
• Use your account solely for personal or internal purposes, unless otherwise provided in this Agreement or on the Service;
• Keep confidential any username, password, or other credentials associated with your use of the Service.

USE OF THE SERVICE

You agree to:

• Not misuse or make unauthorized use of the Service, including but not limited to accessing data not intended for you or attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system or network;
• Not upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other malicious code, and/or is in violation of applicable laws and regulations.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

The Company retains all intellectual property rights to the Service and its content.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company from any claim or demand made by a third party arising out of:

• Any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions;
• Your use of the Service in contravention of applicable laws and regulations;
• Your violation of any terms of this Agreement.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The services provided by Wer are on an "as-is," "as-available" basis without any warranties, express or implied.

TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

Wer may suspend your access to the Service if you fail to comply with its terms of use and/or applicable laws and regulations.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Wer regarding your use of its Service and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings with respect thereto.

AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES

Wer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, by posting such amended terms on this website. Your continued access to or use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these amendments.
